This bracelet features 17 carats of black Diamond Beads, 16 carats of Ruby Beads and 11 carats of white Diamond Beads, woven in strands and decorated with 22 karat yellow gold beads and a 22 karat yellow gold Alexandra Mor logo bead clasp. This bracelet represents the teachings of the Tri Hita Karana, where reaching spiritual and physical well-being is realized through harmonious relationships . Understanding the tenets of Buddhism have become an important underlying factor for Mor’s approach to designing this new collection. The design of this bracelet is inspired by the Balinese concept of Tri Datu, where each color is representative of elements. Red stands for creativity and bravery, black stands for power and protection while white stands for spirituality and goodness. The combination of these three identities are meant to serve as a reminder that life must be balanced through many different experiences and “ colors.”
The Balinese believe is that wearing the Tri Datu will imbue the individual with sanctity and protection from iniquity and bad spirits.
