Refund policy
We want you to be completely happy with your order.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery date.
Returns on stock items will be approved after inspection and with no damage as new in original packaging and documentation.
Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective.
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
There will be no returns or refunds on sale items, custom (Made to order) pieces or resized pieces.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for return shipping costs.
Items must be returned in the condition received.
Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded, and returns of customized or made to order items are at the seller's discretion.
